When I put a bandaid on it, it just removes more skin when I take off the bandaid..if I leave it uncovered neosporin gets all over the place and I don't have any bandaid large enough :\

I honestly think you should leave it be.. I think if you put makeup on it it will not heal as quick I don't think it's too bad:)
