Hi yasmine! I have the same issue! my face is clear as ever (except for those menstrual pimples once a month) but my back is yuck. Use an acne spot treatment on your back, just like you would on your face. If you do that I'm sure it will clear up in no time! :) in the mean time for swimming you cld get a really cute cover up.

I have bacne too and here's what I do to help with it: I use a loofah and wash my back with the Neutrogena grapefruit body wash and when I get out I spray my back and chest with their body spray (it stinks but the smell doesn't last) and the sun and chlorine from the pool will help as well. just remember use sunscreen :)
