No. Unless you want milia around the eye area. It contains mineral oil and the skin surrounding the eye area is very thin. I did it in high school and regretted it. It also migrated into my lash line overnight and the next morning I would always wake up with a nasty film over my eyes that forced me to constantly blink to see clearly. If you want to use an oil around your eyes I suggest sweet almond oil or grape seed oil. It's more on the dry side so they will absorb faster than Bio Oil rather than sit on top of the skin. I personally use grape seed around my eyes on occasion and haven't had any issues.
