I would reccommend cutting down your use of clarisonic, using it twice a day on your sensitive acne-prone skin could inflame it even more. For spot treatments, since your alergic to salicylic acid, use a sulfar treatment, I wanna say Paula's Choice has one that's good, but I'm not one hundred percent sure. Also make sure your not taking any vitamins that could cause breakouts. A few months ago I was taking vitamin b complex and biotin and it was a recipe for skin care diasaster.
As for skin routine, try Juice Beauty's acne fighting kit, it's amazing on acne prone skin, and not at all harsh.

Try the Body Shop tea tree line, its not entirely natural, but its specially formulated for acne prone skin and I have the same skin type as you and never broke out with the tea tree line.

I have super sensitive skin, it's dry but I use a line meant for combo skin. The body shop seaweed line. My skin looks so much better since I've been using it. I now use an oil cleanser too, but I use my body shop seaweed gentle cleanser in the morning, oil cleanser at night, with the mattifying moisturizer in the day and the night serum at night. I use the deep cleanser every 3 days, and the warming mask once a week. :)
They also have a trial pack, it's like mini versions of the line. I'm not sure how much it is, but it's like 20$ I think. Plus it's a good way to see how your skin reacts to all the products without spending 15$ each. It lasted me about a month, almost two if I remember correctly.

I agree, cut down on using the Clarisonic, a few times a week would still be good and see how that goes
& ' la Roche posay physiological soothing toner' is one of the nicest toners I've ever used, it has no alcohol, salicylic acid or any harsh chemicals, it's so soothing for sensitive skin and takes down redness on your face within a few minutes and it balances your natural oils :)
