Hello! I would like to know if any of you here have tried a natural and effective way to minimize stretchmarks? Or a home remedy? Thanks. I would appreciate any idea that you guys have.

I'm not sure about diy's getting rid of them but bio oil does work to fade them if that's what you're looking for :)

Thanks Shaye. Yup, and I've heard oils work better than creams when dealing with stretchmarks. Mine are very stubborn and just won't react to any cream or oil I apply. And a sad truth, stretchmarks are the more difficult skin condition to remedy. Pfff.

They indeed are hard to fade and take a lot of patience and lots of applications of the product but over time you'll see the difference :)

Use sweet almond oil twice a day.

Shaye: Yup. Nothing patience and will can't defeat. :) Thanks.
Mich: Really? I hope I could find sweet almond oil though. I'm from Philipppines. :) But thanks, appreciate it. :)

Mederma worked for me also since mine was due to rapid weight gain losing the weight also really helped to make the red marks go away.

Otherwise exfoliation and vitamin E creams might also help to fade them gradually - and mederma is good for newer scars - older ones will take much longer to fade.
