So I use this Clean and Clear toner every night. I put it on a cotton square and rub it all over my face. After I do this is burns a little. Not a painful burning like when Neutrogena burned me but still. Is this normal?

There's no reason for any toner to make your skin irritated. It's just going to contribute to redness and irritation. Which in turn, constant irritation can contribute to acne.
No product should make your skin feel 'cool' 'tingly' or burned.

Oh okay Kitty thank you. I thought if it tingled it was working? That's what I heard somewhere. In that case do you have any ones to recommend?

I have yet to find a drug store toner that actually does what it needs to do.
I make my own toner;
Green Tea Toner
Cooled green tea with a bit of honey in it.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Unfiltered ACV diluted with water (50/50) which I use near break out times.
Aloe Vera Juice
Just plain old Aloe Vera Juice. Aloe Vera naturally contains salicylic acid and helps so much with redness.
Hope that helped!

It is normal for some toners. It is just working into spots and pores. If it is really unbearable then stop using it. I would suggest simple. It has no chemicals but contains nothing to sting x
