I would say to use an on the spot treatment over night I use clean and clear its in a little silver tube with a purple cap you can get it almost anywhere and as for makeup during the day just put a tiny dot of concealer on each one and kinda dab it in with your finger tip I use covergirl concealer I hope this helped! :)

It sounds like a minor cyst, they are best left to heal by themselves because they can be aggravated, keep your skin hydrated aswell :)

Neosporin and Cortisone helps me. Use a gentle face wash for acne and a good moisturizer twice a day. Also breaking open a liquid advil gel and applying to the blemishes can help reduce the swelling.
