How do you use it and where do you put it on our face? And also what is the purpose of it? This probably seems like a really stupid question lol.

The best form of toner to use is an exfoliating toner such as the clarins exfoliating toner or the first aid beauty radiance pads, then use a hydrating mist which preferably does not contain any alcohol :)
