I've personally never used any self tan products, but I always hear great things about million dollar tan and st.stropez.

My skin is just like yours and I don't tan naturally! I've tried many which many haven't worked but the ones which do there just to harsh for my vampire like pale skin! I now use dove gradual tan it moisturises at the same time which is brill! I apply it at night then the next morning I can see it's already worked, I then apply some more so by the evening I have a nice even tan.
Tips: always use a mitt. Exfoliate and shave before tanning and apply a good moisturiser paying attention to the driest parts of your skin: knees, elbows, ankles.
