Since your hair is lighter you wouldn't have to bleach, but if you really want great color pigmentation then I would go ahead and bleach!

I think your natural colour is almost identical to the natural colour shown in #1, but #3 would probably need bleaching. You seem to have a strawberry tone to your hair, which might make the blue look slightly green if you didn't bleach. I agree with @Calla, bleaching will give you better pigmentation but you don't have to!

Do #1 to your hair that way you don't have to bleach your hair. And it will look very cute on you
