Brush your lips it sounds dumb but I do it all the time I take a tooth brush and brush my lips to remove all the dead skin don't brush too hard. But you have to do it for a long period of time or until you feel your lips are soft then after your done apply a lip balm.

I lightly scrub my lips with a toothbrush and put some petroleum jelly on and my lips are very soft and smooth after. I hope this works for you too.

I use a lip exfoliator stick from the body shop. It's 12$ and it looks like a lipstick but it's green and has exfoliator in it! It's so cool!

I literally just bought the dupe of that at target. $3. looks like a lipstick. I needed something quick to get me thru and gold bond hand cream. just used it in the car, it did a pretty good job.

Okay, I swear I have the worst chapped lips. I've tried everything under the sun. Chapstick, carmex, Vaseline, baby lips, eos, Burt's bees, lip scrubs, sugar/honey/coconut scrubs. Coconut/olive and type of oil. Absolutely nothing works. I've found one thing that makes my lips look amazing, and stay moisturized for days! I know a lot of people hate it, but I just use one of those super thick, sticky lipglosses. Like the one from MAC? I use the brand "ruby kisses" because it's cheap. I just take a generous amount, and dab it on my lips before I go to bed, and my lips will be soo soft and supple in the morning. No peeling or cracking what so ever. If I need a touch up throughout the day, I'll just take a tiny amount and dab it on my lips so it's not too shiny. Yes it feels a bit sticky, but I don't mind, Its so worth it, and after a day, I don't even need it anymore, I can just use any lipgloss or lipstick I want and not have to worry about my lips looking a hot mess.

I use aquaphor lip repair at night and its.still on when I get up in the morning it's healing and moisturizing and I use beauticontrol lip scrub and fresh sugar spf lip treatment in the daytime.

I love the ones from Lush as well. I've tried making my own and I'm just not a fan lol. It's too much hassle for me, I don't usually have honey on hand so it's cheaper and easier for me to just buy one already made. I have their bubblegum lip scrub and it works really well. People say they like the taste but I don't love it. It isn't gross or anything but doesn't strike me as "mhmm yummy" either lol. But it works very well. I've also been LOVING their honey trap lip balm. For someone who doesn't love honey even I have to love it. It's like honey/vanilla/white chocolate. Ugh so good lol.

I use a toothbrush to remove the dead skin and then I make my own lip scrub with sugar and honey. I use a teaspoon/tablespoon of honey and then enough sugar to make it kinda grainy. I leave it on for at least 30 minutes, wash it off then apply a lip balm. Works like a charm!

I use Fresh lip scrub followed by a thick application of Nivea lip butter at night. Bite also came out with a lip mask that is suppose to be super moisturizing.
