Spot treatment

So, if you want to bring it to a head, put a hot washcloth on it for about 15 minutes and see if that does the trick. If not, a good spot treatment should work.

I have been religiously applying my acne cream heavily to it, and it has a tiny head since yesterday, and the redness has gone down a bit, so I will do the compress and just keep on keepin on!

Spot cream alone will help but it will take forever!! If you want it gone as fast as possible, put a hot (as hot as you can without burning yourself) wet washcloth on the pimple multiple times a day. That alone will bring the gunk to the top and create a head (you said you already have one but it will become bigger). Then pop the sucker! Otherwise all the sebum will sit under the skin and take forever to dissipate. Just be careful with popping... More like squeeze gently. Try to get as much gunk out as possible, not just the head (all the other stuff underneath). The hot compress will make this much easier because it will make the sebum softer and more likely to come out. Once everything is out...then apply a spot treatment like no other!! It will dry the area out and get rid of the remaining inflamed pimple. It should be gone in 3 days max! Good luck :)
