That's my oily spot. Also, do you do hair removal around that area? If so, you may not be getting a clean removal, causing clogging. But just try acne cream and or rubbing alcohol to dry them up, and use a tiny amount of an oil free moisturizer.

I would look up some information on hormones and food and their effects on acne, certain places get acne commonly from certain factors ^-^

Do you wear glasses? If you do, the oil from them could go right there. Or from waxing/tweezing. Try a concealer Bc it's not too bad.
