My cheeks are red and a bit of my nose as well. I'm not sure why.
I have been out all day, but it wasn't sunny and I spent most of the time in the car.
Haven't had anything containing alcohol.
I didn't get in any fights, and I never blush.
My cheeks don't hurt, so I'm not sure why they're red.

If you've added anything new to your skin care routine it could be an allergic reaction. It could also be from over exfoliation. So just check that none of your skincare products are too harsh.
