Pro-X Eye Restoration Complex, cerave pm and am moisturizers and hydrating cleanser. clinique dramatically different moisturizer is good too but it is very basic won't do anything more then hydrate.

Thanks! I don't know why, I've never had issues with my eyes. but lately under and beside have been so score/itchy.

Allergy? eye makeup or environmental. maybe hold off on that particular eye cream till that comes down you don't want to potentially irratate it further till you know why its happening. you can also try a plant based oil argan, jojoba etc.after the moisturizer.

For eye cream I like Clinique all about eyes, for face I like the yes to carrots line it's very moisturizing.

But I have to say that oils are much more hydrating than creams you can try jojoba (esp if you have sensitive skin) maracuja though it's a bit pricey and coconut oil too.
