Okay so I use both cetaphil gentle facial cleanser and neutrogena oil free acne wash. I stopped using the cetaphil and just used the neutrogena, thennn just recently I stopped using the neutrogena and I'm back using the cetaphil. I have no clue why I'm having little breakouts all of sudden and now I'm only using warm water to clean my face. Idk! Just frustrated and my derm is out of state. I'm in college so I can't get there right now. I just don't know what the hell to do😣😒

I would get rid of both completely for right now and try something new! Sometimes your face can get frustrated with what you use on a regular basis so it is good to switch things up. Maybe instead of using a wash right now switch to facial wipes. A really gentle one for sensitive skin that cleans well are the Yes To Blueberry facial wipes. Bonus! They smell like pie! They rock!

I agree. Try something new. I'd go for something creamy since it's really cold. Moisture is key.
