Has anyone taken collagen pills know if they really work skin wise & if so if it helped your skin and made it look younger & more plump!!

There's no medical basis that it does actually work but I have taken the japanese brands in both powder and pill form. They take time to work. By time I mean years before you could actually see an effect.
