Something simple, you don't want to be too dressy. Just look polished and put-together. Good luck!😘

I really don't mean to say this to be rude, but, it's Subway. Don't stress too much on your makeup/hair. Employers really only care about how you speak to them and if you are enthusiastic about the interview you're getting. Do a nice light shade on the eyes(any employer won't take you seriously if you come in with some crazy bright makeup) go more natural, a braid would be appropriate or straighten it and pin some out of your face. Wear something other than jeans, don't go in with heels and a skirt. That's professionalism yes but in the food industry that makes no difference(my brother in law has managed many restaurants in Southern California and I'm a lead trainer, I work in an office though) If you have a nice smile and can sweetly greet everyone on the way in you have a foot in the door!

Alexis, You are wrong. Employers care very much about how you present yourself, it's their first impression of you before you even open your mouth and doesn't matter if the job pays $7 an hour or $75 an hour, you should always present yourself professionally, consider it practice for later interviews.

Now a days you don't need to dress up fancy...ex black dress pants and a button down...jeans are ok to wear as long as you dress them up a nice pair of skinny jeans and a pair of boots with a small heal is ok...and a dressy shirt or sweater.

Absolutely agree with Kelly. Your possible future employee has made assumptions of you before you've even sat down! Dress to impress. No jeans, no low cut tops, no short dresses/skirts, no sneakers, minimal make up.

Dress and have your make up in a way that makes you feel super confident. If you feel confident you will most likely behave that way but definitely go for a natural look, natural eyes and maybe nude or light pink lips
