Well, they work better when your skin is wet (just like body scrubs) so yes you can use them in the shower.

They basically exfoliate your feet and remove dead skin. You can just sit on the side of your bath tub or shower and use the foot scrub. Lol please don't do it standing up! I've slipped a couple of times.

I use honey and sugar. What I do is I fill up my bath tub enough to cover my feet. And I let it soak ( water is hot ) for like five minutes while I untangle my hair and what not. Then you just sit down since its kind of like a bath now and scrub my feet for at least 45 seconds. When I get out I apply lotion and my feet feel so soft and like I had one of those expensive pedicures!
