Ok in winter I have dry skin because I never ever wear anything on my face. So I usually to help this problem use a special cream (I have sensitive skin too. It is not a brand cream but I can give you the formula. It's called "Real" it's white with the top blue. Moisturizing cream. After bath. Vitamin E.
Water, mineral oil, petrolatum, stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, glycerin, triethanolamine, glyceryl monostearate, citric acid. (Camara not working sorry) hope I helped it really help and for the acne it really depends on the kind of acne you have if it's pimples a cream is better. :)

I use the shea moisture african black soap moisturizer. It helps to fight acne but it's nice and thick so my skin stays moisturized

I remember seeing somewhere on here that that apricot scrub is really harsh.. I can't help with the acne but my skin is dry and very sensitive too and what I do is
use moisturizer in the morning (Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer)
at night, I'll take off all my make-up with wipes, use a moisturizing cleanser (Derma V10 Deep Cleansing Milk with Sweet Almond Oil) and then moisturise again.
Then everytime I'm in the shower I use a face wash (Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Daily Scrub)
It could be just my extremely over sensitive skin, but I find that if I use a face wash everyday it drys out my skin even worse and breaks me out. My skin has cleared up a great bit from switching to a cleansing milk every night instead. :) hope this helps

Mix your acne product (I like 100% pure acne treatment bc it isn't drying) with an essential oil like jojoba which is light or avocado which is super moisturizing so it sounds like that would be best for you

The Derma V10 one :) I'm not sure if you'll be able to find it near you, but if you can buy it. Completely cleared up my skin. And it was so inexpensive.
