It could be hormones changing or your diet. You can take vitamins for healthier skin make sure you clean all your makeup brushes. And if you use foundation use oil free. And keep your face clean.

I know how you feel! I just answered another question about acne but I want to give you the same advice. I am acne prone especially before my period and I started drinking green tea in the morning and rooibos tea at night. They have lots if antioxidants and I believe they have made my skin look really good. My period is in two days and my skin looks great. I've only been drinking tea regularly for about two weeks and I do believe it has helped me. Also if you can afford it, check out origins skincare. Super expensive but this is my all time favorite skincare brand. It's worth the price to me compared to the drugstore face washes that have never reacted well with my skin. I've tried a million different skincare products but now only use origins. This is just a suggestion though. But if anything try the tea!

I know how it feels to have acne! It just sucks! The thing is, you have to know the main cause of it to get rid of it, so Try going to a dermatologist! But generally, having the right routine helps. Wash your face with a face wash that has salicylic acid in it ( I use neutrogina) , use a toner after washing your skin ( try clinique's) and then moisturize ( never skip this step!). A natural home-made mask that really helps with reducing acne fast : mix 2-3 pills of aspirin with a few drops of water or lemon ( for lightening blemishes ) until it forms a paste, put the paste on the breakout. If you find that it dries your skin too much, add some honey to it and slather it on your face ;)

I have the same problem I have acne too what I do is drink lots of water and think positive even when I do want to cover up my mirrors , I get acne on my forehead and chin area right now I'm using a benzoyl peroxide 2.5% and it's working great , I still do have it but it's going away slowly. I try to think positive and remember that it's a natural part of life and that your not the only one ~by the way I'm 15
