Hey, my lips are chapped and pretty my black around the edges. How do I get them to look more healthier and rosy/pinkish.

If they're really chapped scrub them with a lib scrub (brown sugar and honey, with a toothbrush, or you can buy one) to remove all the dead skin
Then get a good lip butter. I been using and loving korres lip butter and it has a slight tint of color so it can help give you a more rosy look :)

Hi there Emily, I sometimes get chapped lips and I sometimes use the scrub that Lama Has Suggested, it works really well.
Also, After a shower and I've washed my face again, I Use A Towel and gently rub them across my lips, it also helps to exfoliate the skin away.
hope this helps :)

Softly brush them. I always brush my lips 2x a day after brushing my teeth and my lips are very pink.
