Oil can be bad for the skin if you add too much. Don't over do it. If you're putting it on your face, add a light amount with a moisturizer that you typically use, and experiment. If you break out, use less. If you like it, use more. See how it goes. It can also be added to lotions that are used on the body. Mix a bit into your lotion bottle, and see the results. Or... You could even take a little bit, and just rub into your drier areas.
For hair, you could add some into your daily shampoo routine, or run some through your hair when you're drying or combing it. There are many uses! :)

I usually apply a small amount of Vitamin E straight to a dark spot I have on my skin like a scar from a pimple or a scrape somewhere.

Maura- you can also add to any shampoos or body wash you use as well. Really anything liquid that you can shower or moisturize yourself with, Vitamin E is very helpful in all of your skin areas. It's really nice on those rough patches on your heels and feet too. Have someone give you a nice foot rub with some!
Or add some to a bubble bath mixture and have a nice relaxing, moisture bath.
The possibilities are endless! ;)
