I just started using matrix sleek look shampoo&conditioner. And it's reallllllllly good, makes my hair feel so soft and healthy! ESP now that I add a teaspoon of honey in my conditioner! It's $30 for shampoo and conditioner, its the big bottles too. Got mine at a salon but I think you can find it at a beauty store or on eBay

The Whole Foods brand shampoo/co is literally the best I HAVE EVER USED. I have an oily but flaky scalp and I tried everything. The WF brand is natural and uses non harsh detergents. My hair hasn't been oily, hasn't flaked and is the softest it has ever been. I can comb my hair right through in the shower- its that good.

I LOVE Pantene fine hair Solutions volume shampoo because my hair is super fine. I just love Pantene in general, but I personally hate herbal essences.

Pantene has Parafin wax in it & Herbal Essences is worse. There is so much sodium laurel sulphate in there it's rediculous . Ladies drug store stuff isn't terrible but.... Ok it is. If you compare salon conditioner & drug store in your hand you can feel the difference. Salon products are developed by scientists that work for salon companies that want to "wow" hairstylists. They want us to use their product and say " Holy shit this works!" Drug store products are usually made by blanket companies like proctor & gamble- who also make toothpaste , and laundry soap... And paper towel. They don't really care about the science of hair no matter what their computer generated pictures in commercials tell you. Salon products do cost more, but there's a good reason for it.

I love the hydrating Purology it's the purple bottle. I love the feel of the shampoo and the coolness the condition gives to my scalp. I am using Moroccan oil now and like how soft and shiny it makes my hair. I also have very kinky curly hair and both work great for that too.
