Advice on the 5 minute whitening gel kit?!

I've tried it a couple times and stopped cause I've been getting lazy!! Has anyone else used this!? If so, what'd you think about it and what were you're results?

I don't like it at all! if you to get a whitening kit to do at home, I'd spend the extra money & get the one hour white by luster. I think it's like $40 but it's totally worth it & works wonders!
