So I'm trying to find a dress for my high school's winter ball. It HAS to be short. I need places that I can find short formal dresses but not overly pricey. Where can I go in stores (not online) to find a dress? I already looked at Macy's and Windsor but they didn't have anything that I really fell in love with haha.. Help! I'm planning to go shopping today.

Forever 21 actually has some formal dresses that aren't pricy also try Charlotte Russe and love culture

Haha yeah they call it a "ball" but it's really more of a slightly more formal homecoming dance hahaha I really don't know why they call it a ball lolol. I would buy a long dress because I love them a lot more but at our school, senior prom is the only dance where you where long dresses hahaha yeah I know it's weird lol but thank you so much
