It seriously sucks. I bleached my hair, used the magenta and it didnt take. and the water never ran clear. It literally lasted about a week but looked horrible when I dyed it! I hate splat. and I've tried to do blue streaks with it and it sucked then!

I used the red without the bleach and it took quite nicely. the water did bleed always but it became minimal. the trick is to wash with lukewarm to cold water. any color that isnt blonde or brown is going to run out of your hair no matter what.

I dyed my hair with the red splat hair color with bleach and it honestly ruined my hair completely! it was so bad and only lasted (at the most- maybe a month, month and a half) I wouldnt recommend using it. unless you want fried hair >.< but I've dyed my hair a lot since and currently I have dark brown hair but my hair has a permanent red undertone due to the splat.

Use any blue from the color ion line. I've bleached my hair 3 times in an attempt to get it out and it is still in my hair. However it's a very thick dye and it takes 2 tubes to cover my short hair.
