This sounds really gross but I swear hask placenta treatment from sallys is the best thing ever. I feel like my hair is less oily but super soft at the same time.

I'm a stylist and we use Davines ( Dav- ih- ness) @ my salon . They have a shampoo called MoMo . It's light & moisturizing @ the same time. I have had multiple clients tell me it had changed their hair. Also try using a spray leave in conditioner on your ends every day to moisturize & protect. The ends of your hair are the most susceptible to dryness. I'm assuming your hair texture might be a bit fine? if you get oily roots. A light leave-in shouldn't weigh it down. Even try using Moroccan oil mid shaft to ends when it's dry to protect. If you're lightening ( looks like you have some highlights there) you need to give your hair some love. Also if you go with Davines try the Nounou conditioner- it's awesome for highlighted or coloured hair - it's balancing , & not too heavy.

Oh and try a moisturizing or protein treatment once a week. Do not do protein treatments more than every 4/5 days or they make your hair brittle. ;)

Until everyone understands what hair and hair products can and cannot do, the answers will always be the same. ALL hair products are water soluble. You cannot control moisture with water. These products breakdown 2 to 3 hours after application. Hair is a dead fiber and does not respond to keratin treatments or any type of packs, heat treatments conditioners and more. They are all designed to ONLY fill in the empty areas in the cuticle until they dry out or dilute from hair. There are no miracle products externally that will solve the problem, these are facts.
You need to lock in the essential moisture (from shower head) from shampoo to shampoo. because all hair products are water soluble, they cannot do so. There is only one product that can do this, www.sabinohair.com. Read about it, it's the only non-water soluble product for hair that locks in the proper moisture content .If you decide to purchase, do not buy from Pandora Beauty. They sell the knock off that has some hazardous ingredients not listed.
