The key is to not use small rollers! Use bigger ones so it's not too tight! I gave my cousin a spiral perm a few years ago and used bigger rollers - it looked awesome!! Good luck!

I got a spiral perm back in the late 80s...it was awful! looked nothing like any of those pictures. there are so many styling tools out there for waves and curls I would definitely try that first.

All of the above looks were created by a curling iron, or wand. No perm is going to give these Desired looks. Take my advice and don't do it.

Don't do it it will destroy your hair and quite possibly look nothing like the pictures above. Tried it and it was a massive mistake. What about rag curling your hair overnight? Same results but no damage 😃

It's using strips of old tshirts to wind your hair in when it's a bit damp and sleeping in overnight then in the morning beautiful heat free curls see you tube for people using this method. Will take a couple of tries to get the hang of it though x
