I've been using the personal microdermabrasion device to help my hyper pigmentation & milia. except lately I feel only the two days after I use the pmd my milia feels flatter. then it comes back. so my question is can I use an exfoliant too? such as the st ives green tea scrub.

I don't know if this will help but... I bought PMD 8 month post accutane treatment to help with my box and ice pirck scars. After using it once a week for a month, I used scrub the same week as the pmd. It really made my skin irritated and I broke out a lot for week or two. I wouldn't say my skin is sensitive bc pmd never bothered me, even when using the green colored microbeads but using exfoliant that same week broke me out.

However all in all I LOVE PMD. I had taken before and after picture of my scars and I could see a drastic difference!!
