This is embarrassing but I have a pretty bad colesore on the side of my mouth and kts been there for nearly a week and I see no changes. does anybody know how to get rid of one. thanks (:

Go to your local chemist and ask for an over the counter cold sore cream. They're the only thing I find that works to heal it up in a few days rather then having it take weeks to heal properly and it sucks lol.

Abreva doesn't work at all for me.. I like using vanilla extract and witch hazel on mine. If you go to Walgreen's or something that has a clinic, they can give you valtrex which prevents them if you feel them coming on, or gets rid of them in 2-3 days if you don't prevent it.
