Do you have a handhelp showerhead? if you are very careful, the face won't get wet.
you could also ask for someones help to wash your hair, like in a salon.

I'm sorry. that came out wrong. by 'like a salon', I meant like in that manner, at home. ask somebody to shampoo and wash it off while you sit on a chair/stool. it could just work.

If you take an actual bath (not a shower) it should be easy to avoid your face.
