Boo boo cover up is designed specifically for this! It is a medicated concealer that will heal your bites while covering them up. It's not very expensive either!

Try putting Vaseline on it so soften the bite. Then put liquid bandaid with it.

Don't put Vaseline on them. You will trap bacteria against the bite and cause infection. The bites need access to the air to heal. The medicated concealer sounds like your best bet, though I would just leave them be to minimize risk of infection or scarring.
