Hi guys so I had 2 interviews so far at sephora for a operation lead position does anyone know more about the job description? And what is the usual hourly rate for that position?

I know its not a huge amount. Just above min. Cant remember if they did commission...

Check out glassdoor.com. It list company positions/salary for a multitude of companies and I'm sure Sephora is listed.

I do see a red flag though...why they haven't hired from within for that position as for a currently employee that would a promotion. There could be a multitude of reasons as to why...no one worthy internally for the position or pay difference too small for the level of responsibilty. Definitely check out that website so you can have some wiggle room and neg your pay because if you gained two interviews thus far they are very serious about possibly hiring you. Congrats beautiful.
