And if I have oily skin, would a highlighter make it seem more oily?

Get a powder base, it'll absorb all the oil. Too Faced Candlelight Glow is AMAZINGGGGGG. It literally looks like your face has it's own lightbulb glowing on it.

To answer the second question, no, it'll just give you a glow :) make sure all your other products are matte though!

Ohh okay thanks 😊 but how exactly do I apply highlighter? Like just by my cheekbones? On top of the contour?

There should be some good tutorials on YouTube, but from what I know on top of your cheekbones, also most people like putting it on their chin, Cupid's bow, their nose (not all over just a little line) and their forehead :) wherever light hits naturally, or where ever you'd like to highlight. Also for your eyes (which you might already know) but the inner corners, and brow bone :)

Well I do that with a lighter concealer, I'm talking about more of a shimmery one.

Then just do it in all the spots that are lighter I think! :)
