It's not cheaper, at least not by much, but Kat von d makes a fantastic one, lock and load. For oily skin, it works wonders. If your skin is sensitive though don't use it.

If you wanna stick with your Urban Decay De-Slick, they are selling the XL bottles for $18 on their website (marked down from $34). I just stocked up on a few bottles from their sale section =)

I can get quite oily but I'm also a fan of the dewy look, so it can lead to a lot of blotting and touching up... I'm wondering would deslick work to stop any oiliness without taking the dewy finish, or will it make it look matt or something? thanks

I might give it a punt. I hear good things about the all nighter too but think this might be better. see if I can lay my hands on a travel size

The elf one irritates skin for a lot of people. I'm not being a makeup snob, but you get what you pay for. If you used to an UD one, you're not going to be satisfied with the elf. De slick is amazing. You can even mist it on before you do your makeup for added oil control. Kat Von D does have a very nice one as well.

Mac Fix+...I have the UD De-slick...I used it maybe 4 times. Didn't do anything for me. I tried the fix+ and was blown away!! I tossed the UD without a second thought!

Fix is 20 bucks....everyone is different in their preferences. I wasn't wowed by UD, but others rave about it. Some people hate the Mac, but love the UD.You just have to find the one that's right for you. I know for Mac and UD, you can get the little sample sizes for $10.00. They are just sample sizes but still enough for you to decide if you like it or not. Plus they are really handy to throw in your purse!

Skindanavia, Model in a Bottle, or for a cheaper alternative, E.L.F. setting and mist spray.
