Waterproof Mascara Staying On?

Maybelline mascaras should be of good quality. This happened with my Colossal and I think its just the product, maybe when they were making it they switched? I don't know but I don't think you can prevent it.

Don't apply it to your bottom lashes. Only applying to the top decreases it from running underneath your eyes.

I just got L'Or?al Manga waterproof and lovd it. Lasted all day in fhe pool and muggy heat. No raccoon eyes.

UD cannonball is supposed to be waterproof for Olympic athletes that do swimming sports - but I use Clinique high definition mascara n it's waterproof for me even if I cry and rub my eyes it still stays on and does not rub off but I have not tried it in a pool or ocean or lake for a long period of time I just know it works for crying :P.

It's probably just the formula also like what destiny said only apply it to the top not the bottom
If you want to try another mascara though I use maybelline illegal length waterproof mascara and it dosn't smudge at all I have forgotten to take it off before showers and it stayed on the whole time and didnt budge also I was wearing it while crying for like an hour and it still looked the way it looked before ( and when you apply it it doesn't look clumpy )

I think when mascara is advertised as waterproof it's meant to hold up through tears and rain and sweat. I wouldn't expect it to hold up to chlorine.
