What is a good shampoo/conditioner for maintaining long, strong, shiny & healthy hair?

If your hair isn't colour treated I recommend herbal essence long term relationship and if you hair is Colour treated the tresemme Colour shampoo and condition are good as that is what I use and my hair is more than half way down my back. Hope that helps.
