So I want to start wearing lipstick but almost every one ive put one, not many though, bring out parts of my face I dont like. But my bf likes lipstick and so do I I just don't know how to pick it according to my skin tone. Im italian and kind of tan I guess. please help!

You can wear anything you want, just have to learn to adjust it to your liking. Lip liners & lip glosses can help with that.

Mix and match till you find the right shade. Remember to avoid dark colours if your wearing dark eyeshadow, liner etc, with your skin tone i suggest sticking to lights, baby pinks, nudes, even really subtle shades can make a difference :)

you need to know your undertones... also, go to the mac counter and ask them to show you colours that will compliment your skin tone! good luck!

Go with a nice pink/nude shade it always works for everyone As a start :) I suggest cream cup from mac and mix it with a nude gloss
