They have that green tea nail polish. It makes it grow healthier, longer and stronger! Found at most local drug stores and pretty cheap!

A base coat called Nail Envy. You can find it at beauty supply stores. It's a bit pricey, around $17, but it works amazingly well. They have a formula for thin nails.

I buy a base coat/ top coat from Sally's called hard as rock. You can also have a pharmacy order white iodine for you and you just apply it the whites of your nails but be careful if you get peroxide on your nails with that stuff they turn orange.

I chop up garlic and put it in clear polish. Apply 1-2 coats a couple times a week. Makes them thicker and longer. Prenatal pills also work wonders but speak to a Dr or pharmacist if you currently take other medicine/vitamins as a precaution.

Mavala!!!!! It's expensive but definitely worth it!!! I was hesitant to spend the $20 which included shipping from amazon but so far I've yet to break a nail with this magic in a bottle. And I have tried almost anything from nailtiques to prenatal pills and biotin! But this by far has been the only product worth the splurge!!

stop wearing polish for ages, keep trimming them and manicure then regularly until they grow out :)

I did the same about a yr ago, I had nails on for like 10 yrs and took them off about a year and a half ago. I didn't use any one product, I used a variety. Lots of Sally Hansen hardeners and strengtheners. I kept them short and polished all the time. Keeping polish on them makes them feel stronger. Also take biotin, it's good for your hair and nails.

Multivitamins help with hair growth, nails, skin, etc. especially the ones for women.
