how do you get those darn white spots off your nails?? i dont have many, but they are at least noticable

Hey, white spots on your nails are bruises from knocking your fingers around the cuticle area whilst the nail was growing. Unfortunately all you can do is wait for them to grow out, never try to file them off as you'll damage your nail and it will really hurt. Hope this helps :)
