You can buy matte nail polishes at your local drugstore and anywhere you can get nail polish but I suggest getting a matte topcoat so you can make all your regular polishes matte. I reccomend Essie Matte top coat, found at walgreens. (:

You can also make your own.. Mix eyeshadow, clear polish and cornstarch :)

Sephora sells a matt top coat, its great and that mean you can turn any colour you already own into a matt nail, NYC also makes one but sadly it takes for ever to dry and chips really easy.
