I have blue eyes too, tho not as bright as yours.
copper, coral, gold, pink, purple, all browns, grey, black & of course blue eye shadow look great on blue eyes.

If you want your blue eyes to pop the best colors to use are golds, browns, coppers, reds, pinks, black, & oranges. Something like these colors would look beautiful and any color opposite blue on the color wheel.

White!! I used to have really blue eyes and white with black liquid eyeliner looks PERFECT.
