Eyeliner for small eyes.

I have small almond shaped eyes,so when I laugh or smile it looks like my eyes are closed. So,I was wondering if there was any eyeliner tricks to widen my eyes. Or, how I can atleast ware eyeliner without looking like a raccoon, lol!

If you put white eyeliner on your waterline it makes your eye appear larger :)

Try applying a black pencil eyeliner to the outer part of your eye and inner part of your eye (on your water lines) leave the middle for a white or nude eyeliner. This makes your eyes look rounder.

Put eyeliner slightly BELOW your waterline and only fill in 3/4 of the way. It really works!!

I think winged eyeliner opens up the eyes :)

Build out with liner rather than in. also using a flesh or white liner on waterline can help brighten the area

If you do winged liner, don't go past about halfway in towards the inner corner, it opens your eye up SO much and doesn't look as weird as you may think!! I did it on the latest photo I put up, and I do it every time I have winged liner on :)
