Since your 13 go with one colored neutral eyeshadow lipgloss and mascara even without makeup you look pretty.

Don't use eye shadow :) since youre thirteen you only need a mascara, eyeliner a blush and a lip stain or balm :) you look good without makeup tho xx

I say use a pop of color (pink lipstick which is youthful but fun) and some mascara. You will look put together without having to put much effort into it. You look absolutely gorgeous without makeup!! Your skin is flawless!
