What to wear w/ black leggings? Help me! :)

How do you style plain black leggings? I've never worn leggings to school and I think I might tomorrow but I have no idea what to wear them with!? also, what kind of underwear do you pair w/ them? I assume a thong but isn't it very see through? Help!

It depends on what leggings you're using! If you are wearing ones that resemble tights wear a shirt that will cover your butt or a dress. You can wear whatever underwear really. The leggings that I wear are thicker so you can't see through them. And I like all of the suggestions^^

I don't really think it's about being see through, I think it's more about panty lines which are always horrible, so I'd say definitely wear a thong, and make sure your leggings are tight enough so they aren't sagging everywhere. (If they're not, pull the bottoms of them under your feet) you can basically wear them with anything, if they're athletic or thick and not see through you're pretty much set, but if they're a bit thinner I'd recommend a longer shirt or sweater to cover at least half your butt.

I personally prefer a thong with spandex shorts under my tights. I've worn shirts that don't cover my butt and that do cover so yea.

Wear a thong. It's not about your leggings being see through; it's about your underwear creating a panty line.

I wear a thong unless I'm wearing a long sweater and you can't see my butt. It just prevents panty lines. Also you can wear pretty much anything with leggings. I'd stay away from crop tops though that looks a bit weird.

I get paranoid when I'm wearing leggings.. I wear seamless thongs or seamless briefs you can pick them up really cheap on ebay and they come in whatever colour you need :) good luck whatever you decide
