My cousin is going to have a dinner for her birthday on Friday and I'm thinking of wearing this but I don't know if it's to casual or can anyone give me outfit ideas??

Instead of the shoe pictured, a combat boot or leather boots with a slight heel might give a dressier feel, and if you do your hair and makeup nice then it will look perfectly formal! Cute outfit by the way:)
