I think you first have to get the top of your hair and brush it back in forth or if you know how to get volume thats great! Then separate them in like in the picture she then brings it down and clips it oh and when she clipped it she got a piece of hair and then clipped it and yea I think thats right?!?

Its a basically a french fishtail braid! I did it on my friend and it turned exactly like that! its soooo pretty.

It is looks like it is a French braid waterfall. But with only two strands instead of three like a traditional braid. :)
