So I dyed my hair red but it really only shows up really red under direct light, otherwise it looks kind of Burgundy. I've really been trying to get the color in the picture below. Its a really pretty dark red. Does anybody know what dye I can use to get it that color? Or could a salon get it to that color?

Go to a Sally's and get the Wella charm demi permanent reds, they are freaking insanely red.

Sallys have a dye for dark hair to turn it red...I used it and omg lol love its the loreal hi color

Garnier ultra colour range is amazing :) I just dyed my hair very close to that colour with it. I used the shade fiery red but I think the same shade in America is called r3 I tried Clairol and Loreal before the Garnier dye and they didnt seem to work at all!

Manic panic can be really amazing for these colors or crazy color wish is something similar to manic panic but less tinted in shade bungurdy will almost look like the picture.

I side with miss anissa honestly you could gwt a dark red by manic panic, any shade and just leave it on for a short amt of time. it should give your hair the pop yiure looking for.

Fudge colours have one, it's called red corvette I think! If you put it over the top of your current colour it'd brighten the red up a lot :)

Thanks everyone:) I'm either going to dye it with the L'oreal hicolor or the Vampir red. Ill make a new thread after I dye it this week:)
