Most of the time! It's hormonal acne because when you are on your period , your hormones are all changing around and such.

Yep, I always know my periods coming because I get a few spots and a crazy craving for nutella. Its because your hormones are going nuts. Completely normal.

But to answer your question: No, I've never had a breakout. I may just happen on some people but not me!
I don't know why it happens maybe its just a symptom.

I don't usually get breakouts. but if you do, there is probably no way to prevent them - the breakouts are hormonal. :/ I get insane cramps and back pain. in fact I had to miss the last 2 days of school because of it :(

I get breakouts a couple days before my period but my skin looks flawless when I'm on my days, its that normal? jajaaj.
